CDR Business Solutions Return/Refund Policy

Once a valuation analysis product is produced in response to a customer order, the cost of that analysis product is non-refundable. The cost is non-refundable even in the event that the customer fails to download the product from the CDR Business Solutions, LLC web site.
If the product is produced, but the customer is unable to download the product files within 24 hours due to technical or internet service problems on the part of CDR Business Solutions, LLC or its suppliers, the cost of the analysis product is refundable. In this case, the customer must make application for a refund within 30 days of the inability to download the analysis product.
If an order is placed and charged, but CDR Business Solutions, LLC is unable to complete the order, CDR Business Solutions, LLC will refund the full cost of the order to the customer.
Once an order is placed either by directly entering information or by uploading a request file, that order is non-refundable and non-cancellable except as specified above.
